Clever Cookie is located at 141 Freeman Avenue in Islip, NY 11751. Customers are welcome to place orders online or by phone for pick up at our facility.

Clever Cookie does not have a store front setting however customers are welcome to place orders in advance for pick up at our facility.

We do not currently have a print catalog however all of our products can be viewed at www.clevercookie.com. If you do not see what you are looking for, please call us directly at 1-800-237-8443 and one of our Cookie Coordinators will be happy to assist you.

We ship all of our packages on a Ground service with United Parcel Service. For shipments being sent outside the tri-state area, expedited service is available for an additional fee. For orders being delivered within NYC and Long Island, same day delivery is available via messenger service. Customers also have the option of picking their cookie up at our facility located at 141 Freeman Avenue in Islip, NY.

All orders placed Monday thru Friday by 12:00 EST, ship from our facility that same day. Transit times are determined by the state to which the package is being shipped. Please see the UPS map at checkout to calculate when your order will arrive. Please note that there are no shipments or deliveries made on weekends or holidays.

Yes, we do ship to Canada.

We’re sorry but UPS requires a physical address for all deliveries and will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

Yes, we do ship to all three locations via UPS 2day and Next Day service.

UPS delivers all business packages between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Residential deliveries may be made any time of day, up until 8:00pm.

Once your order has shipped from our facility, you will receive and e-mail with UPS tracking # and link to their website. If you’d prefer to have us track your shipment for you simply call us at 1-800-BEST GIFT (237-8443) and we will be happy to assist you.

When shipping to a hospital or school, please be sure to include the complete address for the recipient, including the name of the institution, room number and phone number. Please refer to the UPS Ground Shipping map at checkout to determine the transit time. Please note that although your gift may arrive at it’s destination as scheduled, it is the responsibility of the institution to notify the recipient that a package has arrived for them and either deliver it to them or arrange for it to be picked up. This process sometimes takes a few days which is why we suggest having gifts shipped to home addresses instead. Clever Cookie will not issue any refunds for packages delivered late due to circumstances beyond our control.
